Every Saturday, we host a backyard barbecue with pork ribs, beef brisket and all the fixin’s. The ’cue is available from noon ’til 1am (or whenever it runs out), and there’s a ping pong tourney at 3pm with a $50 bar tab that goes to the day’s champ.
