HIP Lit is a Brooklyn-based event series founded by publishing professionals and MFA graduates Erin Harris, Britt Canty and Kim Perel. For this Brooklyn Book Festival Bookend edition, they’re taking over the indoors and inviting celebrated wordsmiths to share their work. On the evening’s lineup: Bonnie Chau, Tara Isabella Burton, Tracy O’Neill, Eric Sasson and Joy Baglio. Stick around after the readings for a listening session inspired by the authors’ pieces.
