Nina Posner facilitates a conversation between artists, writers, and curators about their experiences and methods of interacting within the music industry, and how we might move toward a more community-centered, artist-driven model of those structures both during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Panelists include: Lauren Goshinski (AKA Boo Lean), curator and event producer; Geng (AKA King Vision Ultra), PTP label head; John Twells (AKA Xela), writer and editor previously of FACT and Boomkat; David Turner, writer and creator of streaming newsletter Penny Fractions; and MHYSA, whose most recent album was released on Hyperdub.

Virtually Nowadays is a nightly live stream from Nowadays that’ll run between 8pm and midnight. We’ll feature DJ sets, gear tutorials and/or discussions on topics relevant to our world (or a combination of all three). They’ll be broadcast live and direct at nowadays.nyc/stream.
