Saturday: Anthony Parasole All Night

Anthony Parasole’s New York resume runs deep: he was a longtime record buyer at Halcyon, threw the House-N-Home loft parties with The Bunker’s Bryan Kasenic, ran Deconstruct Music alongside Leon Vincent and continues to drop heady tunes, much of them from local artists, on his label, The Corner. He’s back to grace us with another Saturday all-nighter, so go ahead and cancel your Sunday brunch plans.

Providing the al fresco grooves, we’ve got Gabrielle Kwarteng. Gabrielle is a first-generation Ghanaian-American, a native New Yorker and a selector who sources grooves from around the world. Japanese disco, Brazilian funk, French boogie, Ethiopian jazz — it’s anyone’s guess what she’ll drop in this six-hour set under the stars.
