Every Saturday, we spark up the strobe lights, set the smoke machines to eleven and bang the box until the bodegas open again. Techno, electro, psycho — whatever. If you like it hard, you’ll probably love it here.
As boss of San Francisco’s Dark Entries Records, Josh Cheon is not only a fantastic selector, he’s a devoted excavator of obscure electronic artists from decades past. He’s also an avid supporter of present-day rule breakers. Enter Bill Converse.
Bill Converse is a Texas selector and producer with a flair for knocking, angular club tracks, as heard on his releases on Dark Entries and Fit Sound, and in his take-no-prisoners DJ sets.
Joining them behind the decks is native New Yorker Rachel Noon. Rachel is the founder of Large Marge, a resident of Unter Spinoff and a fellow lover of chugging outsider techno.
Count on these three to go hard, well past sunup.
